The best avocado toast you’ll ever have.

This isn’t any ordinary breakfast. This goes beyond bread, avocado, and eggs. This super toast is deliciously seasoned and combines protein, fats, and carbs in the most scrumptious way.

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
2 eggs
4 tomato slices
2 tbsp cottage cheese
2 slices of your favorite bread
1 avocado
1 tsp garlic
Salt
Pepper
Chili flakes
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Directions
Pop your bread into a toaster.
In a pan, melt the butter and add garlic and chili flakes. Heat on low and continue stirring until garlic and chili flakes begin to sizzle. Then, crack the eggs into the pans and sprinkle some parmesan cheese in before you cook them your favorite way.
Once your bread is ready, spread the cottage cheese, 1 tbsp per slice. Drizzle some olive oil on the cottage cheese and add salt and pepper. Mash your avocado separately and spread evenly amongst both slices.
Place the tomato on top, and then add your cooked eggs.
Finish off with a light sprinkle of some chili flakes!
